The proposed HSG G13025FA platform has a documented 13,000 × 2,500 mm straight-machining area. Its suitability and availability for a specific project are confirmed only after reviewing material, geometry, thickness, assist gas and edge quality.
V, Y, X or K edge geometry can be considered for subsequent fabrication or welding. Feasibility and availability are confirmed during project review.
Fabricated frames, supports, brackets, covers, platforms and assemblies are reviewed against drawings, material requirements and the intended manufacturing route.
METANEX reviews part geometry, material, quantities and process sequence before production. DXF, DWG, STEP, STP and PDF files can be submitted with the RFQ.
Production is considered for prototypes, replacement parts, small batches and drawing-led industrial components. Heat-treatment, welding and assembly requirements are assessed as part of the proposed route.
